Network Surveillance and Monitoring Solution (Probe)
- For 2G, 3G, 4G/LTE & IDD/Roaming on Voice & Packet Data Network Monitoring
- Working together with MNC business partners like Nexus and Netscout to provide the probe solution
- Process huge network data that reached billions of transactions per day
- Skill engineers to do network tapping including E1, VoIP/SIP and packet network interfaces
- Managing the hardware delivery and installation at sites include Oracle/SUN and HPE servers, storages and CISCO switches
- Performing site survey to design the infrastructure and DCN connectivity for nationwide sites deployment
- Hundreds of servers and storages installed accross multiple sites with connectivity to main data centre
- Involved probe deployment nationwide in Malaysia, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh
Customer Experience Management (CEM) Solution
- For 2G, 3G & IDD/Roaming on Voice and Packet Data network
- To deliver top 7 KQI like Voice & Packet Data CEI, Prepaid topup performance etc.
- Working with main SI (Clarity) delivering the CEM platform which includes integration with various system data feeds
- Perform the delivery of the probe (Nexus), OSS mediation (DigitalRoute) and customer experience analytics (Aito) systems
- Probe deployment includes tapping the network, supply the hardware and perform (HPE) the site survey and DCN (CISCO)design
- OSS mediation deployment includes data collection form various system data feeds like probe, CRM etc, data mapping/filtering, aggregation and northbound data push to CEM platform (Aito, BQM)
- Customer experince analytics deployment includes reporting on active subscribers, subsribers faults analysis, minutes of use, volumes, location, devices etc
- Involved probe deployment nationwide in Malaysia, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh
Data Centre Solution
- Expert on enterprise and telecommunication data centre design, deployment and relocation
- Including basic infrastructure preparation and networking design and deplyment
- Basic infrastructure for layout, racking, power supply cabling and structured cabling
- Networking for LAN and WAN design on IP connectivity and VLAN configuration

Network Traffic Tapping & Aggregation Solution
- Network traffic tapping and aggregation for probe solution including for other 3rd party solution
- Network tapping is performed with a non intrusive tap with bypass feature that will not impact the live traffic
- Network aggregation is performed to filter the required traffic for the probe system and can replicate same traffic to other 3rd party solution like Marketing system
