Site Manager

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the Support Operational Teams, including Technical Team (System, Network, Hardware), Customer Support and Application support operational teams for Hospital Information System (HIS) System
  2. Provides supervision to site Operation Team to meet operational standards and maintain acceptable customer satisfaction level
  3. Prioritizes, coordinates and organizes workload among operation team members to perform duties, ensuring user support is dispatched and problem resolution in the most timely and efficient manner
  4. Coordinate site activities with partners and departments as well as third party vendors/suppliers, including scheduling and resolving problems
  5. Monitors and participates in operations in assigned sections including software patch deployment, recommending specifications, monitoring contracts deliverable and inspecting the team/vendor's work to ensure that safe work practices and standard operating procedures are followed
  6. Ensuring the support issue is resolved by the team members within the SLA
  7. Ensuring team members is updating the customer accordingly on the status of support issue until resolved
  8. 8) Any other tasks that are relevant to the HIS system

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor/Diploma in Information Systems, Business, Communications or related field
  2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience on IT manager role
